How long is a session ?

  • We usually have a session that lasts for 45 minutes. Now, there can be times where the situation is such that a therapist may need more than designated time for listening or providing a resolution. Usually it is advised both to the customer and the therapist to stick to the given timelines, but for cases that require more time there is always a provision. 

What if I don’t want to take a video session?

  • There is a chance that you do not feel comfortable talking to a therapist on a video call, as you might feel very conscious and not be able to talk freely. But this is not a bottleneck in your mental wellness journey, we at __ provide you with not only video but also audio sessions and messenger assistance. So, that you can choose however you feel comfortable and seek the correct help. 

What is it I need before my first session ?

  • Quite literally, nothing. You do not need any preparation before your first session. After you’ve filled in the questionnaire provided by us you will be assigned the most suitable therapist to work with you. In the first session he/she will guide you through the process initially and straight up climb into your world and work towards helping you steer clear of your problems. 

How many sessions will I have to attend ?

  •  Although each customer would have a unique problem which will be taken care of accordingly in various sessions and number of sessions could vary person to person. We would suggest any new customer to take up at least three sessions to come to a fair understanding and get a satisfactory solution.
